Henan commits itself to new urbanization which puts the people front and center. Spearheaded by Zhengzhou, the national central city, an up-to-date arrangement of cities with the Central China City Cluster as the main framework and large, medium and small-sized cities and towns developing hand in hand takes shape. This allows rural residents to have equal access to cultural services and tangible benefits as urban dwellers do so that both urban and rural areas can enjoy all-around, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development.
