　　一部河南史，半部中国史。黄河是中华民族的母亲河，是中华文明的摇篮，河南在黄河流域拥有独特地位；中原文化以根源性、原创性、包容性、开放性、基础性，反映着中华文明的发展轨迹，维系着中华民族的共同精神，传承着中华文明的智慧结晶；河南以古闻名、以新出彩，焦裕禄精神、红旗渠精神、愚公移山精神、大别山精神等不断丰富厚重文化内涵，展示新时代风采。（播音：唐·韦克）

　　Half of China's history were made in Henan. The Yellow River is the mother river of the Chinese nation and the cradle of Chinese civilization. Henan holds a unique position in the Yellow River Basin. With its roots, originality, inclusiveness, openness and fundamentality, the culture of Henan reflects the development of Chinese civilization, sustains the common spirit of the nation and carries forward its wisdom. Henan is known for its past and shines for its pioneering spirit. The spirit of Jiao Yulu, Red Flag Canal, "The Old Man Who Removed the Mountains" and Dabie Mountains have breathed new life into the profound culture and showed splendour of the new era.
