Henan fully leverages its advantageous location to build itself into a front-runner of opening up in inland China. The province promotes coordinated development among the "Four Silk Roads" (i.e. Silk Road in the Air, Silk Road by Land, Maritime Silk Road and Online Silk Road) and interconnected development of the "Five Zones" as paths and platforms for opening up to attract capitals and key technologies with an enabling environment for business.
