Henan has taken actions to improve the structure of its electricity source, better ensure oil and gas security, and upgrade power grids. It's stepping up the implementation of large energy projects, including delivering electricity generated from Qinghai and introducing maritime LNG to the province in an effort to encourage a new model of energy production and consumption.
