Henan seizes the opportunities brought about by the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation to boost innovative enterprises, talents, platforms and institutions by emphasizing the lead role of Zhengzhou-Luoyang-Xinxiang National Innovation Demonstration Zone and National (Henan) Big Data Pilot Zone. The number of high-tech firms in the province has increased to 3322. In 2019, both the National Super Computer Center and Innovation Center for Agricultural Machinery and Equipment were landed in Henan.
